Could be a busy day...
Exercise: Lifted weights at UAH. 100 stomach crunches, 15 wide grip pull ups, jumped rope (2x100). Ran 5.01 on Monte Sano in 34:36 (6:54 per mile).
Splits were:

3: 6:37
4: 7:13
5: 6:54

Thanks, Jeff. I am listening to it - seemed MUCH better today, but I'm still going to lay off basketball for a couple more weeks, especially since I have a couple of important races coming up soon.
