Exercise : Ran almost 4 miles at Lockheed field in 30:26. Was VERY dark when I started (5:45AM) and had to place my footsteps by memory in a lot of locations. By the time I finished it was completely light.
Played 2 hours full court basketball at Berachah Gym.
