Exercise: Ran 4.21 miles from UAH Fitness Center south, back up by Morton Hall, through McThormor Acres, south to Saundralane through Riggs Field and back. 4.21 miles in 31:18 - 7:26 per mile pace.
Lifted weights at University Fitness Center. Ran two more laps around the UAH soccer field with John S. in about 4 minutes - he was toast (.36 miles). I guess you have to start somewhere :)
