Weights and Speedwork
Exercise: Lifted weights at UAH. Jumped rope (2 x 180). 115 stomach crunches.
Did intervals at Lockheed field by myself. 1.5 miles warmup, then 15 x 200 meters with 45 seconds rest in between. Total distance 3.375.
