7 miler at lunch
Another good lunch time run with the Cheeseburger : 7.1 miles in 58:39 (8:16 per mile pace) - weather was perfect - about 65 with a little wind - just enough to wick the sweat.

My running buddies are giving me a hard time because you've been updating your blog more often than me lately! Glad you're back at it.
Tuesday was great running weather. I wish I had known you guys were running. I did about 9 miles at lunchtime at about that pace.
Thanks, E, the pavement is still a little hard on my joints - hopefully I'll get stronger and be able to join you in Athens soon.
