Exercise: Ran a 5K at Alabama A&M University this morning at 6AM. Finished in 19:07, 3rd overall, 1st Master. Course was not certified and had two turn arounds with cones which probably made the difference in me not breaking 19 minutes. I really like the early starts (still dark) - I wish all races started this early!
