Hill repeats
Exercise: Did hill repeats with Carl S. Started from UAH Fitness center, ran over to Hillmont. Did 4 full repeats at 1:50 or less, then 4 repeats of only the steepest part in 26 seconds or less. Then ran back to UAH Fitness Center. 46:05 total.
