Early AM Tempo/Hill run
Exercise: 5.44 miles in 42:01 (7:43 per mile pace). Started at UAH Fitness Center (5:40AM). Went across Jordan, did the Hillmont and Killarney hills. Then crossed back over Jordan and went north to University. Then back to UAH and around the far west part of the loop, back by Morton Hall, and then back to Fitness Center Parking lot.
