Speed work - intervals
Exercise : Did intervals with Carl S. at Lockheed field. Warmup 1.6 miles, then .72 hard, then 8 x400 meters with 1:15 rest in between. Finally another 1.6 mile cooldown.

Lifted weights at UAH Fitness Center at lunch.
We also have our 3 church league basketball game tonight at 9PM.
