Medium Paced 4 miler at Lockheed
Exercise: Ran 4 miles in 29:57 (7:29 per mile pace) at Lockheed field. Prolly shouldn't have gone so fast as I've got to do hill work tomorrow, but I just kind of got into a rhythm.
