Big Hill day again
Exercise: Did the "big" hill again, this time with Carl S. Ran from UAH Fitness Center over to Hillmont (11:30 warmup). Then did 5 hill repeats and jogged backed down. Then ran 12 minutes back to UAH. 43:03 total.
