Hill Work

Exercise : Ran 12 minutes (about 1.5 miles) warmup over to HillMont. Then did 5 hill repeats with a recovery jog down the hill each time. One of the toughest workouts I've done in a while - I this this hill must be about 1/4 mile long and gets steeper as you near the end. Then I ran about a mile back to UAH Fitness Center (41:34 total).
