Christmas Day run
Exercise: Did 42 minutes (3.4 miles) on the treadmill after using my TENS (electrical stimulation unit) on the calf for 5 or 6 sessions. I got this when I had my last knee scope and it seemed to really work. Rae may want to use one on her calf (being a nurse, she should have access to one??)
