Hill Work

Exercise: Did hill work with Carl S. and Nathan G. Started at UAH Fitness Center. Ran 1.5 miles to Hillmont. Did 5 repeats all the way up the hill, jogging slowly back down. Then ran 1.5 miles back to UAH. Total time : 45:46
