Slower Cotton Row training run

Exercise: As Mark F. and I both felt a little sluggish, we decided not to push the Cotton Row 10K as hard as we have been. After about a mile warmup, we ran the 10K in 44:38. I then did a SLOW 3 miles with Lisa's training group for a total of 10.2 miles.
