A little sore after yesterday's speedwork
Exercise: Lifted weights at UAH. 85 stomach crunches. Jumped rope (100,130).
Hamstring a little sore from Tuesday's speedwork, decided to give it a rest today.

I agree. Weather can't be the coach. At home I have a membership to a gym with an indoor track. So I use that on bad weather days. But I don't have the luxury when I'm on the road. I figured I could just use the treadmill here. But when the machine started to rehash the knee pain I was having several weeks ago, then I quickly realized that it wasn't an option.
