Weights and evening run

Exercise: Lifted weights at UAH. 105 stomach crunches, 10 wide hold pullups. Did 6 miles at the Cross Country course with Lamont B. in 44:18 (7:23 per mile pace).

Splits were:

1: 7:34
2: 7:42
3: 7:20
4: 7:18
5: 7:22
6: 6:58

Total miles for week: 26.95

Total miles for May: 56.72
