Dark 5K
Exercise: Ran 3.15 in the DARK around my neighborhood this morning, leaving the house at 5:30AM. Being out in the county, there are several areas where there are no streetlights. Had to stick to roads (no trails) because of this. Very cool temps. Played 5 games full court basketball at Berachah Gym.

Trying to keep up on the blogs....Looks like you're still doing your thing though :-)
Quick question for you. I've noticed some foot soreness in the ball of my right foot of which I haven't had since I got my shoes (~350 miles ago). Do you think they are breaking down already? Or maybe just something else I might be doing wrong...
Be careful with pain on the bottom of your foot. Lots of runners get plantar fasciitis early in their training (I had it until I tore it completely one day playing basketball). Lots of exercises and stretches can prevent it. But once you get a bad case of it, it can last for up to a year! Look up on the internet for more info.
Thanks, kinda what I figured. Been stretching it pretty good as of late so we'll see if that helps.
