Exercise: Ran 3.5 on treadmill at home (35 minutes - started at speed 4.4. Every 1:30 increased speed by 0.2. Every 10 minutes increased incline by 1. Was hitting a really good pace by the end. Last 5 minutes was cooldown.
Lifted weights at UAH Fitness Center. Jumped rope (3x110 reps).
Had our 8th church league basketball game tonight - lost - we're now 5-3.
