Easy Tuesday


Exercise: After 6 straight hard days, I decided to give it a little rest today. Lifted weights at UAH. 110 stomach crunches. Jumped rope (2 x160).

Pic to the right is a 3D perspective of McKay Hollow trail that I ran Sunday using data from my Garmin GPS imported into GoogleEarth. Really cool!
