Another morining AM run at Lockheed
Exercise: Did 4 miles at Lockheed field in 30:01 (7:30 pace). Stopped and ate a handful of wild blackberries. Saw 9 bunnies...

Congrats on the 5k, must have felt good to pass and keep that lead this time.
Watch out for those bunnies!!! I found they act like squirrels every now and then and run right in front of you.
