Weights and another tough hilly run

Exercise: Lifted weights at UAH. 81 pushups, 100 stomach crunches. Did another of Charette's killer hill workouts this evening - backwards this time along with Joey and Rebecca - 9.09 miles total including "Everest", the only hill that I really could not push the whole way up.

Total mileage for the week: 34.18
Total mileage for the month : 78.76
