Another long bike ride
Went to Redstone Arsenal this AM to do my weekend long bike ride. Much less traffic than on primary roads. Weather was very cool, and the strong north wind slowed me down for the last 6-7 miles. Wound up doing 36.18 miles in 2:23:06 (3:57 per mile). A little slower than last week, but was fighting the wind. Plus, I also did about 3 miles on a paved walking trail that was very curvy and covered with leaves (yes they're already falling) so I had to slow a little.

Great Mileage. My last duathlon in Miami, I went up and over a causeway coming down on my bike I was doing 32.0 mph!!! ON a bike!!!
