7 miler at lunch

Another good lunch time run with the Cheeseburger : 7.1 miles in 58:39 (8:16 per mile pace) - weather was perfect - about 65 with a little wind - just enough to wick the sweat.

Medium Run

Ran 6.12 miles with the Cheeseburger on multiple UAH paths. 51:31 total (8:25 per mile pace). Not hard enough to hurt but a nice, medium pace to get some miles in. Company definitely makes it easier.
